W & M Fulbright application process is open to graduating seniors, graduate students, and alumni of the College. All applications are distributed to the campus committee for review, and the committee conducted interviews over the next few weeks. The Educational Scholarship Committee will consist of William & Mary faculty members, perhaps with some expertise in the areas of the world relating to your application. Interviews will last approximately 20 minutes; part of the interview will be in the language of the proposal (if applicable). The Committee was asked to evaluate: the candidates academic or professional qualifications (especially in relation to the proposed project), the validity and feasibility of the proposed project; language qualifications, evidence of maturity, motivation, and adaptability to different cultural environments; knowledge of the host country; candidate will make an impression abroad as a citizen representing the United States
